Application Form for Membership
Membership is available to anyone who is sympathetic to the aim of the Association, “to obtain the Isle of Man Pension Supplement for all those who have been resident on the Isle of Man for 10 or more years.” This is based on the Governments own commissioned 1992 Chislett Report that recommended residency as the criteria for qualification. The Supplement now amounts to an addition of 50% to the basic State Retirement Pension.
At present to qualify, one needs to have paid at least 10 years National Insurance contributions to the Isle of Man Scheme. The annual membership subscription is £5 a person and runs from the date of the AGM – March/April. If a posted receipt is required please send S.A.E.
